I have spent the last week looking for people who are on a similar journey. Every time I found a blog to follow I thought ' I should start a blog'. Sharing a story with a group of friends sure I can do that (sometimes) but with complete strangers, nope not at all. I did weight watchers for a while and found I really liked going to the group meetings. I actually shared there too. So maybe I'm trying to recreate the group meeting feeling. I don't know. (I need at least one follower to have a group so we shall see) But in the end I've decided to document my fitness journey. I'm pretty random so I can't promise that my blog will be dedicated solely to my fitness journey. I'm going to post my starting stats and my workouts soon.
